![]() Indiana’s defense is not much better as they are ranked #54 in adjusted efficiency, #79 in effective field goal percentage and #191 in three-point percentage. ![]() Indiana has not been good from deep this season but might have success from beyond the arc here because Michigan has been terrible at guarding the three-point line. According to KenPom, Michigan’s defense is ranked #124 in adjusted efficiency, #223 in effective field goal percentage and #342 in three-point percentage. The total is set for 146 points, and we expect that number to be too low as neither team has played great defense so far this season. We see value on the over in this one because we do not expect much defense to played inside Crisler Center Tuesday night. The over point total is our expert prediction and best bet for this one. It should be an interesting matchup between these two big brands but the angle we want to take is focused on the total. They are now 4-4 on the season and have lost two straight games to Texas Tech and Oregon. Michigan starts off conference play by hosting Indiana and are desperately in need of a win. Indiana opened conference play with a double digit win against the Maryland Terrapins at home and they will look to start 2-0 with a win here. The Indiana Hoosiers will travel to Ann Arbor on Tuesday night for a Big 10 Conference game against the Michigan Wolverines. ![]()
